  • Consulting and Strategy

All services are modular, performance-driven, and billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business

  • Provide accurate and complete business information

3. Client Responsibilities

By working with Corelytics, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary information, credentials, and assets

  • Respond promptly to communications regarding your campaigns or account

  • Review and approve creative or strategic materials when requested

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact performance and timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.

5. No Guarantees

While Corelytics strives to deliver strong ROI and measurable growth, you acknowledge that:

  • Marketing results vary by industry, market, and competition.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, sales, or revenue.

Performance reports and data are provided for transparency, but ultimate outcomes depend on various external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative materials, ad campaigns, landing pages, and strategies developed by Corelytics remain the intellectual property of Corelytics until payment has been made in full. After full payment, clients may use delivered assets for business purposes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymized work (e.g., landing page designs, ad results) in our portfolio.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or harmful content

  • Violate the rights of others (including intellectual property rights)

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical business activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. We do not require long-term contracts. However, prepaid services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Corelytics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the issue.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
